Drive on your Victorian licence for up to 3 months, then transfer it at Service NSW.

Car: blue slip first

Get a blue slip inspection (no more than 42 days old) and NSW CTP insurance, then register at Service NSW with your Victorian plates.

Tolls: same tag

Your Victorian e-tag works on Sydney's toll roads. Update the number plate on your toll account once you have NSW plates.
